This course updates the skills of those students who already hold an HSE (Health and Safety Executive) First Aid at Work Qualification.Wholesale Indianapolis Colts Jerseys
Students must provide evidence that their current qualification is within 28 days of the expiry date shown on their certificate. If this cannot be done they must attend a full First Aid at Work course.
The certificate will be issued by NUCO training (www.NUCO-training.co.uk) an HSE approved Company.
How long is the course?
The course is 12 hours long and is usually run over 2 days but can be run over 3 x 4 hour sessions, daytime or evening or weekends. Training sessions must not be less than 2 hours.
What is the maximum number of students allowed on one course?
There is a maximum of 12 students allowed on one course.
How are students assessed?
There will be a written assessment on the final day which is assessed by the tutor and also 3 practical assessments which are carried out by 2 independent assessors. Students must pass the written paper to progress onto the practical assessment and all sections must be passed to gain the qualification.
Is there a certificate awarded at the end of the course?
All successful students will be awarded a First Aid at Work certificate which is currently valid for 3 years.
